Tidy Paws Pet Supplies

Tidy Paws, a pet-accessories brand, is bringing its fulfilment in-house and has given notice. The account is Offboarding: its last trading day is five weeks away, its stock is still on your shelves, and one last delivery is booked for next week.

What's happened

When What happened
11 months ago Tom opened the account, and Gemma, the MD, set up her login the same evening.
10½ months ago The account went live. Orders from two suppliers arrived on one truck and were received as a single delivery.
3 weeks ago Gemma gave two months' notice. Tom started offboarding, with the last trading day set for when the remaining stock will be collected.
This month A final top-up delivery was ordered and booked in for next week, before the last trading day.

Try it yourself

  1. Open Clients → Tidy Paws. The status panel shows the notice date and the last trading day, and explains that deliveries stop after that day while dispatch carries on until the stock has gone.
  2. Account health reminds you that the contract ends in five weeks.
  3. Open Inbound → Inbound Shipments and find Tidy Paws' final delivery, due next week.
  4. Open Inventory → Inventory Items to see the stock that will go back to the client.

Why it matters to you

A client leaving is where 3PLs lose money and goodwill. Stockist keeps the dates, the rules and the remaining stock in one place, so the last weeks go to plan.
