Brew Republic Coffee

Brew Republic, a Bristol coffee roastery, signed up three and a half weeks ago and goes live in 11 days. Everything on its go-live checklist is done. You also let it send a trial delivery early, to test receiving, and that stock is already on your shelves.

What's happened

When What happened
3½ weeks ago Priya opened the account with company details, contract and contacts, and agreed the operating rules on a video call.
3 weeks ago Owen, the founder, confirmed the rules and was invited to manage the account. Priya loaded the four coffees.
9 days ago Priya allowed early receipt, so a trial delivery could test receiving before go-live.
4 days ago The trial delivery arrived, every bag with its roast batch and best-before date, and was put away the same afternoon.

Try it yourself

  1. Open Clients → Brew Republic. The Go-live checklist is complete, so the account is ready to go live.
  2. Warehouse may shows that deliveries are allowed because early receipt is on, but nothing can be dispatched before go-live.
  3. Look at People: Owen's invitation is waiting for him to accept.
  4. Open Inventory → Inventory Items to see the trial stock with its roast batches.

Why it matters to you

The checklist makes sure no client goes live with a missing contract, contact or rule. Early receipt lets you test with real stock first, without opening the account for dispatch.
