Peak Fuel makes sports supplements. Its rules say nothing it sends may be sold until its own quality team has checked each batch, so every delivery waits in quarantine first. Two weeks ago your Finance Manager put the account on hold over unpaid invoices. A delivery that was already on the road was let in anyway, and it's still in quarantine.
What's happened

Try it yourself
- Open Clients. Peak Fuel stands out as On Hold.
- Open Peak Fuel. The status panel shows Finance's reason for the hold, and separately the message the client sees. Warehouse may shows exactly what the hold stops: no new deliveries and nothing dispatched, while storage and internal work carry on.
- Scroll the history to the override, with Helen's reason.
- Open Inventory → Inventory Items and find Peak Fuel's two whey pallets, quarantined. The older stock shows the quarantine and release in its history.
- Sign in as Raj (raj@peakfuel.example) to see the hold from the client's side.
Why it matters to you
A hold protects your cash without stranding goods already in transit. Your client gets a clear, polite message, your team knows exactly what they can and can't do, and every exception is recorded with a reason.
