Lumen & Loom, a York homeware start-up, signed with you two days ago. Its account is Onboarding with almost nothing done yet: one contact, the default rules, no contract details and no products. It's the perfect place to try things yourself.

Try it yourself
- Open Clients → Lumen & Loom. The Go-live checklist lists five steps still to do: company details, a main and an operations contact, agreed rules, a client admin invited, and products loaded. Go live stays locked until they're done.
- Work through the checklist yourself. Add the company details, add an operations contact, confirm the rules and invite Freya. Watch each step tick off.
- Then open Brew Republic to see the same checklist finished.
